These Terms of Service govern your use of the RecommendedClaims marketing website (recommendedclaims.com) and, once provisioned under a customer agreement, the RecommendedClaims platform (app.recommendedclaims.com). This is illustrative documentation for a proof-of-concept deployment and will be superseded by full commercial terms before general availability.

Use of the site

This marketing site is provided to help prospective customers understand RecommendedClaims' products. Content is provided "as is," and illustrative statistics on this site (ROI ranges, duration-value estimates, and similar figures) are representative industry benchmarks, not guarantees of results for any specific customer or book of business.

The platform

Access to the RecommendedClaims platform is governed by a separate customer agreement between RecommendedClaims and the licensed carrier or administrator. Individual adjuster and administrator accounts are provisioned by that customer and are subject to its internal policies as well as these terms.

All content on this site, including copy, design, and illustrations, is the property of RecommendedClaims or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
