Privacy Policy

RecommendedClaims ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-guided claims decisioning software to insurance carriers and third-party administrators. This policy explains, at a summary level, how we handle information in connection with our marketing site and our platform. It is illustrative documentation for a proof-of-concept deployment and will be superseded by a full legal policy before general availability.

What we process

On behalf of our carrier customers, our platform processes claim data supplied by the customer, which may include claimant personal information and protected health information contained in medical records, bills, and case notes. We process this data solely to provide the guidance and workflow services our customer has engaged us to provide.

On our marketing site, we collect only what you voluntarily submit, such as a name and email address when you request a demo, plus standard anonymized web server logs. We do not use third party advertising trackers on this site.

How we protect it

Claim data is encrypted at rest and in transit, logically isolated per customer, and access-controlled by role. See our Security & Trust page for the full posture, including our audit-trail and data-deletion practices.

Retention and deletion

Customer claim data is retained per the terms of the applicable customer agreement and deleted on request through an audited deletion workflow. Marketing site inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request.
